I am 82 & an invalid I don't get out & shop on line. I went to Bid rack to bid on a ipad. I had to register & I thought I would get an ipad, instead I checked my bank acct & $99.00 dollars was charged by Bidrack I called & asked what I bought & they said bids. I don't understand the whole thing. I called & complaned & they said I could email & they would refund my money. I haven't heard from them since' I can't afford to lose money. Please help.
