Was offered 12 free bids, used the bids and won an iPad and PS3. I did not sign up for anything else, but they ended up charging me for $99.
I figured it was worth it for a ipad and ps3 but almost 8 weeks past and their CSR keeps giving me the run around like they dont have it in stock or they are shipping it out, but I keep seeing them having the product available to bid on their site.
I tried to get out of this since my out of pocket was $99 but they claim that I'm unable to cancel/refund and offered me more bids. At this point I just want my money back, they will never ship you items you've won and have disputed this with my CC.
Bidrack Scam, dont fall for it like I did.
