I went to wal-mart to get my oil changed, they took my car and charged me for the oil change. Two days later I received my On-star report and it stated that my oil was never changed. I thought that maybe the report and the oil change was just missed because of the close days. However 4 weeks later my oil light came on in my car and On-star sent me another message saying that my oil was never changed. Therefore when I called wal-mart they said they would change it. When I took my car back with my receipt they wouldn't do anything and were very nasty about it. When I took my car somewhere else to have the oil changed it was very clear that it was never changed by wal-mart.
