Ordered sample product on line for only shipping charges. Order turned into $47.13. Called support line and cancelled immediately with a follow up email to company on 2/23. Was assured order was cancelled and never received any merchandise. Credit card was charged $139.62 again without any merchandise. I then called the support line again and was told a credit would be issued. I also disputed this with my credit card company and placed a second call to the support line to see why a credit had not been issued and was told the company response was that the merchandise had not been returned and I explained that I did not receive any merchandise. Support person advised me to contact company via email. When I tried this, aciasculpt.com, all I see are compaints. Don't know what to do next however I am still trying to get the credit card company to dispute the charge.
