Tulip Watches is an internet business. They have no customer service. I bought a watch from them in August. They never shipped it, so after 6 weeks, I asked for a refund. They told me they issued the refund. I never received the refund on my credit card. I tried repeatedly to use their "preferred" methods of contact: on-line chat, and email form. I even called their number, but never received a response.
In order to get my refund, I had to file a report with my credit card company, and provide a lot of documentation. Most people wouldn't take the time to do this because it is inconvenient. I was issued a credit, but my credit card company insisted on closing my account and reissuing a new card. They felt Tulip Watches was a rip-off and that my card had been compromised. Thank goodness nothing more happened with my credit information.
The bottom line is that you should NOT buy anything from Tulip Watches, and you should definitely NOT give them your credit card information.
