I have been wearing contacts for 25 years. I went to Wing and the contacts they gave me were incorrect. I went back the next day and they gave me one for my left eye. It was still wrong. I called the next day and requested a refund and cancelled my follow up visit for the 21. They had already charged my card for the contacts that would be ordered after the 21st ($195.) They also charged me $55 for a fitting which consisted of them handing me the contact to put in. Since it was wrong I feel that should also be refunded, which they are refusing. They will not refund my $195 either. I have emailed them and called and left messages for the manager who does not call back. I have also requested my prescription and they will not send me that either.
