I would never use Imall/AutoZone again to book ANYTHING. I reserved a car through Imall/AutoZone and had to cancel becasue I could not get to my destination. My flights were cancelled due to major snow storm in the east cost. I kept emailing them back and finally got an answer which lead to "how would you like me to proceed" when my messages explained it all. I also had to email them because I never received a confirmation that a car was booked and didn't know if I would have a car. Very bad customer service. Don't use them.
