I saw their advertising on facebook.com. when i signed up on june 6, i never cliped any button to purchase $ 99 bid package, but few days ago, when i saw my visa statement, i was so surprised to see they swiped my card $ 99!!! I contacted their customer service, mentioned I never purchased any bid package when I signed up, asked them to refund the money back. But they said they could only give 120 bids credit to my bidrack account. I said "NO, If you can't refund the $99 back to my visa card, I will never ever go to your bidrack.com again. And 120 bids is useless for me. And I will tell all my friends about this story." But so far, they still not refund any $ to my visa. This is A Big Scam Website. I saw some other complains about this website too on Google.ca (bidrack.com scam), some are same experience as me. Some people even never received the auctions they won too. My visa company asked me to send an email to them ASAP to stop any charges from this company again, then onward when they charge my visa, visa company can refuse to pay with showing my email sent. I also want to say here, " DO NOT SIGN UP ON THIS WEBSITE!" Once you sign up, you start to loose.
