I purchased a $400 stereo for my car. The manager claimed that if I purchased the radio that I had a 30 day money back guarantee from Crisp Deals and a one year manufacture warranty. However, that was not the case. The touch screen of the radio went out two months later after having a custom install job. However, because I was pass the warranty time of Crisp Deals I was demanded by Crisp Deals to call the manufacture Pioneer. The manufacture stated that because I purchased the radio from a none authorized retailer that they could not assist me in any way to get my radio repaired or replaced. When I called Crisp Deals back to explain to them what Pioneer had said. I was informed by the manager that I not their concern any more and that my problem is not with them but with Pioneer who refuses to back their one year warranty. I feel I was mislead by Crisp Deals posing as a Pioneer authorized agent knowing they were not just to make the sale.
