Scam and will not pay me. Scammed me out of 6 overdraft fees of $216.00 PNC Bank not responsible. My Cash Now is responsible

My Cash Now said I gave them permission over the phone to give me $250.00 &$49.00 application fee. They put the money in my account and then took it out without telling me. It caused 6 overdraft fees from PNC Bank and PNC said it is My Cash Now's responsibility to pay them. They will not pay them. I had to close my checking account and debit card.
