Unauthorized debit to my checking a/c

This company debited $49.95 from my bank account without proper permission.

Every time I call a different operator says the check is in the mail but I have been waiting 6 weeks and still no check. This company insists that I clicked on the "Iagree" button on a pop-up advertisement when I was submitting a cash advance application. When I went to my bank they said they've been getting a lot of complaints from customers having the same problems with other companies debiting their a/c without their approval.

I had to close my account and open a new account. The debit sent me into overdraft and I incurred a $35 overdraft fee which, of course, royalcsteam refused to reimburse me for. FYI: It seems even clicking the "Back" button does not clear the application field for e.G. A cash advance and then the "pop-up" advertiser goes ahead and uses your financial information anyway.
