I was charged every single month for something that I did not sign up for, forcing me to call and wait on hold for hours, get transferred to a different department, go back to the first cue, get transferred again, and finally get someone who tries to lecture me about why I am being charged extraneous fees! This happened not once, not twice, but EVERY MONTH for 15 MONTHS! I have a screenshot of my contract that says my early termination fee is up to $230, which should be prorated down to $75, and they argued with me for an HOUR saying that there was no way for me to prove it, I could not email it to them, and once I was charged the 150 termination, I could call back and try to talk to someone else. Unreal. I cancelled with them years ago for IDENTICAL reasons, and they attempted to take me to court for $1200 for the Set Top Box, and when I showed the pink slip receipt from the woman who came to my home and picked it up, CASE CLOSED! SHAME on me for giving these people a second chance.
