My business has been with this company since 1995. After being charged outrageous processing fees of 6% on some credit cards, we switched to another company. When I called this company to inform them of our cancellation with their service, they informed me that there would be an early termination fee and that it was in my contract. I told them that I no longer had I contract with them, but they informed me that it automatically renewed every year and went ahead and charged my bank account $195 early termination fee.
They also charged $9.99 a month for data security fees - they were making the merchants pay for their security breach that occurred in 2009 which was their responsibility. I know I paid those "fees" for over a year.
I did get good service from the call center any time I needed supplies; but of course, I did pay a fee for those each month whether I needed them or not.
I am outraged by the data security fees that they charged and totally amazed that they charged a "15-year" customer an early termination fee.
