Exactly why is there-no aid area or "contact us" for MSN Games/Oberon Media? I bought a brand new pc and want to redownload the activities I've bought from Bing, but require a key-code that we don't have. Additional sport websites provide you with the title, day, activation-code, etc. All you need right under "My Account." Not that I anticipate a solution or any aid from Bing, but exactly why is your site so complex? Exactly why is there never a solution to something? No surprise Bill Gates quit! I'd also with customer support like this!!!
