Bought game but key doesnt but yet was charged

I purchased a game, was billed more than it said I would be then Registration code doesnt work. I've seen by comments online this is not a isolated incident, others have been takenadvantage as well. I have the number am going to be trng to reach. I hear its not easy to get through to them at all.
