The dollar general in Brillion, WI is a joke. The 'manager', Connie, has absolutely no customer service skills. I don't understand why someone would work in a store like this and have such poor customer service skills as her. She does not even offer as much as a friendly "hello" when you go to checkout your items.instead, she says absolutely nothing while rolling her eyes at the fact that she has to be there. Yesterday (8/20), after leaving the General Dollar store in Brillion, WI I was irate. I checked out 5 porcelain items, some of which were chipped on my only 30 second drive home because she poorly shoved all 5 items in 1 bag without even caring enough to wrap them individually. Today (8/21), when I went to return some of the broken items I did not even receive as much as a "sorry about that" type of gesture.instead, again she didn't say anything. And after making my returns, she didn't even give me a bag at all. Connie at the Brillion Dollar General is absolutely the rudest employee working there. How she is manager of that store is completely beyond me. I would understand if this was a once-in-a-while type of occurrence, but every single time I have ever gone there she remains to make the customer feel like she is annoyed that they are there. All I can say is that I cannot wait until the Shopko hometown appears in October in Brillion, WI so that I don't have to deal with Connie and her poor customer service.
