We shopped at Runyan Acres several times a week. Recently, a female employee with long, dark hair said, %u201Cwe%u2019re closed, you have to leave%u201D. It was well before closing time. Last month, a woman shoved a huge bag full of items, not worried about being seen. We pointed the shoplifting out, the employees mumbled to each other until the shoplifter walked out the door. They won't open more than one lane, no matter how many customers or employees there are. When buying from sale racks, they will not adjust prices unless we point out each item, they act like its a real inconvenience. They argue about items being on sale, sometimes saying it%u2019s included in the marked down price (varies with employee). Once a manager (with long, light colored hair and bangs) told us we got it across the aisle, we said, "there was a sign" she said, %u201Cthey must have done it without my permission%u201D and took the items off the conveyor belt. As we were leaving, the guy ringing us up apologized and the manager, holding our items in her hands, called out, %u201Cthis stuff is going on clearance in a day or two, just not right now%u201D. We pass the store #13861 every time now, even in a hurry, its such a hassle its not convenient anyway. All our neighbors have the same complaints. We thought the one in Gravel Ridge was bad until this one opened up, now we will drive the extra miles to it or Wal-mart.
These are minor issues but it is every single time we go into this store since the very first day they opened and its starting to drive the community crazy. It also seems like it is every employee and every customer. Something is really wrong with this company.
