I encountered Clairise on the phone and she was beyond rude, she was ignorant, very unprofessional and was speaking to someone else on a personal note calling them lover and ok hun and ok lover while going back and forth with me on the line. I let her know that she should not speak to her so called lover while on the phone with clients. She is a disgrace to your company and since speaking with her I have no longer purchased or carried your products in my buisness. I am well known in my community and after realizing that Clairise obtained her job due to the fact that she was dating the manager in the office (the one that is african american) outraged me even further.
I am sending letters out to all of the buisnesses in my community and am going to make them aware of what Faygo not only stands for but supports. Also if you check after your employes Faygo will realize that for the last 3 months Clairise is on yahoo talking about Faygo and chatting with her lover. This information was obtained from an employee from within Faygo which was sick of Clairise getting paid for talking to her boyfriend at work all day who informed me.
In addition I was informed that Clairise also is dating a married man (which is her personal buisness) but she skypes, chats and has heated conversations in her workplace Your secertary Tish I believe is her name is also covering for her because I have called and tried to reach someone to complain about her but she would not give me any names or was very unwilling to transfer me to anyone except that I could let her know and she would take care of it. (again this information was obtained by an employee in the office with her). Who runs the company? I was sick to my stomach to understand that Faygo supports this and offers employment to people with no ethics or values your companys employees are what portray what your company stands for and believes in. I believe that without costumers there is no Faygo and your company is doing a great job of deterierating your image. So plain and simple Faygo believes in paying employees for furthering relationships of adultary, getting a postion based on who your dating and treat the client as rudly as pleased in my opinion.
I have relayed this info to many other consumers and wholesale clients and I am sure that the boycott I am pursuing soon will be upheld. For Faygo to allow these practices to continue means that they support these actions. I am disgusted in knowing that this is being allowed at Faygo Beverage Company. Its supposed to be all about the customer not whatever the employee feels like.
