This company is absolutely terrible. They can't get a single order straight. There are two employees there that know what they are doing (Jill and Star) - everyone else I speak with - especially TEIDA EDWARDS is a complete moron.
I don't know where this woman learned to speak English, frankly, I'm not sure that what she is speaking IS English! - or learned to practice buisness but I will never do buisness with them again, nor will I encourage others to do so.in fact that is why I am writing this. DO NOT do buisness with these people. If you value your time and care about getting what you paid for in a timely manner avoid this company like the clap.
How can you trust a buisness who has repeatedly had their license to do buisness revoked/suspended by the state of Colorado (see Colorado. Gov for more info). It makes me wonder if they are trustworthy or even legitimate.
In addition, this company goes through employees like water through a sive. Aside from the two employees that I mentioned before, I don't know if I have ever talked to more people (only to call back and ask to speak with them) and be informed that they are, "no longer with the company". I wonder why that is? Could it be, as a former employee told me while I was calling to place an order, that they are not allowed to take their 10 minute breaks and are oftentime forced to work through lunch? Or could it be that they are not allowed to have any sick time at all? Do you want to trust your health to TEIDA EDWARDS? I don't. There are only so many "back-ordered" products I will wait for. There are only so many times I will accept excuses as to why I was shipped the wrong order (i.E., co-q10 enzyme instead of a simple b12 complex).
Also, I see that I am not the first person to complain about this company. I expect that the crazy loon TEIDA will not respond to this complaint either. She's hung up on me too. Guess what? You can't hang up and email! I suppose CHRIS EDWARDS (I assume he is her relative/husband) will respond to this just like he did the last complaint! Whatever either of these individuals have to save for their poor business practices means nothing as I cannont imagine that anyone who is completely void of honor and honesty could rebutt these truths with anything but a lie.
You can bet I will be talking to the Better Buisness Bureau!
