On 4/4, I ordered a pair of Zoom
7 For All Mankind Skinny Crop and Roll Pants in Taupe (http://www1. Bloomingdales.com/catalog/product/index. Ognc? ID=524286&PseudoCat=se-xx-xx-xx. Esn_results). Bloomingdale's sent completely different pants. I called on 4/9 to try reordering to get the correct pants, and to ask for a return label and packing slip (I no longer had mine). I received the wrong pants again and did not receive the return label/packing slip. I called again on 4/15 and the customer service rep said that nobody had ever requested the return label/packing slip. She said it would take her 3-5 days to e-mail me a new one. I need Bloomingdales.com to send me a return label immediately and to pay for the return as they did not send me the item pictured on their website.

Before this, I already was unhappy with their service as I had placed an order and received a message saying it was canceled and had to call in and it took about a half hour to get the order replaced. The customer service rep even said they couldn't figure out why it was canceled.in retrospect, I should have left the order canceled.

I want Bloomingdales to send the label and whatever I need to return these pants today. I also want them to pay for return shipping as it is their fault they shipped the wrong item. That will resolve the issue. The order # is AM0404111455B.
