I'm out on disability (state). I have to submit paperwork to state anpurpose for my employer is for private disability approval which keeps my insurance active. My employer. My employer an myself requested Kiaser to send the document originally on 3/23. Kiaser wouldnt send the documents requested. I placed serveral calls to them, also spoke with the supervisor sandra in medical secretaries. Filed a complaint with her, I was assured my request would be processed an handled appropiately. This never happen. My documents were sent out on 5/18 an still was not correct. So being that this was originally requested on 3/23 an medical information was not sent my employer canceled my insurance on 5/12 with a affective date of 3/31
