We left our two pillows there where we stayed for 5 hrs., one afternoon, June 26. We called Travelodge within one hour and they said they found them and would hold them. We told them we would pick up on return trip which was about 2 weeks and the girl at the desk said she could not find them. The manager refused to accept responsibility and threw something across the dress and said we can not be responsible for customers that leave things. I reminded him that his people said they had them and he should be in control of them or be responsible for them. He was continually rude and would not help us.
