0n the 12 august my family booked into a trvelodge in berrington to begin with theroom did not have enough pillows for a family of four which resulted in us having to use the towels to supprt our heads the bathroom was a completely disgusting mould on the tiles and the most danderous was the shower it self you could not regulate the tempreature it either came scolding hot or freezing cold we had to shower in cold water for fear of being scolded because of the sitituation with the pillows or lack of and i did ask for more but the receptionist said there was not any my partner has suffered a bad back which the doctor has said is a result of the way she had to sleep i will be seeking copensation for this and if need be will take it to court
