There was a fourth death in my family; mom just died few month ago. My cousin died, however, I made an itenerary for 3 1/3 weeks to get there before he passed, however he passed early. I purchased insurance through cheapoair.com, but I had to return to South Carolina immediately due to injury. The flight details were as follows: Drpart Dayton, HO (flt 2260) with destination to Svananng on Monday, May 26,3001. I was departing Datyon on flight 2260 at 6:06, arriving in Charleston at 7:31, then final dstination to Savannah at 9:33 p. M (Flt 2633).
Due to an injury it was pertient that the original itinerary needed to be changed, as I also bought insurance to change flights to due death in the family. I never got NY because of injury. I have all these Special Services Forms still in my possession for a wheel chair that never existed. I was treated like just being put aside, however, a kind flight attendant and the pilot had to get off the plane to demand this assistance to a baggage person. I was never assisted. I got to Charlotte and the main in front of the gait told me he was too busy to get a wheelchair, so I sat on the floor. I have witnesses to this, their names are Carol Hunter which was on the same flight as me as witnessed how I was treated. I was given numerous tickets for a wheelchair and treated like garbage. We landed in wrong gate and things went to pot. No one would help me.
As of now, the next day, went to doctor, have been to extra physical help, but was treated so poorly as a disabled person at the time. I am so serious about getting this flight refunded, as even the flight attendant and Pilot on this flight had to yell at the baggage man to take care of me. He was of now avail. I want an immediate response. I was so disbabled, hurting and crying and no one was there to help. I have 4 tickets let in my hand for wheel chair assistance; why is that? I was told to follow the formality of the wheel chair assistance. I expect an immediate response.
