Years of incessant calling from Telefund, despite more than a dozen requests never to call again. Has anyone started a class action lawsuit? If not, I'm ready to contact a law firm and get one started. On one hand I'm sorry to read so many complaints from people harassed by Telefund; on the other, I'm glad to know I'm not alone in my frustration.
Does anyone have advice about case law concerning filling harassment charges against a company like this? Can someone recommend a law firm with success in class action harassment suits?
