I purchased two tickets from San Francico to San Juan back in Aug. I was told that flight time has changed by the airline. Due to this flight change, there will not be enough time to make it to the connection flight. I have call them several times, but nothing was resolve. I had to cancelled the flight. They refused to refune the entire tickets. Only willing to refund for the first part eventhough second part will not work since the first part has been change.in additon, they chagre $150 for cancellation fee.
