On November 19 I purchased a magazine subscription from ECR, Inc.invoice# B694956 in the amount of $63.00. On November 23 I mailed the notice of cancellation by certified mail as instructed in the invoice# B694956. Asking for a refund or $63.00. On April 4 I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. On April 7 the company stated that the refund was issued and sent to the customer (me). As of May 28 I still have not received the refund in the amount of $63.00. I tried contacting the company and every time I give them my name or invoice number they hang up on me or they put me on hold for 15 to 20 minutes then they disconnect the phone.
