Citi mortgage is a joke and they said that fannie mae bought the loan they just service it. They had me send tons of papers, tax forms, pay stubs, and after all of that they waited till week before my foreclosure date to tell me i did not meet there requirements. They did not tell me any thing about a short sell. And every person i talked to was a different person and they all said something different. I have lived in my home for 23 years its very sad they wont work with me. Someone needs to put a stop citi and fannie mae.
