What has happened is I've been working with Nationstar through Fannie Mae, I found out that Nationstar works for Fannie Mae they are their management company. So, through fannie Mae we have been submitting all the paperwork that they have been requesting back and forth. Long story short Nationstar has filed a court case for foreclosure against me and my home, Nationstar has not honored that they would help their clients that qualify and I definitely qualified, for a modification, each time it seemed like my Foreclosure prevention specialist kepted making up a new story, everytime I caught him in a lie. They changed specialist on me and never notify me, it was by a slip of the tongue My foreclosure prevention specialist told me of the many specialist that I was assigned too. Nationstar is very unprofessional and they need to do their job. They try their very best to get into foreclosure and not help you with a modification.By giving you the modification they don't lose anything so I don't understand what their problems are. These people that work for nationstar are just programed to say no matter what you say they are trained to make sure you go into foreclosure. I want the modification that I have been asking for, or this will not be the end of it. Because of them, my father passed away thinking about being thrown out of his home, thinking about losing his home. I've done everything they asked of me and they refuse to come to a conclusion.
Nationstar is a very cruel company that have no intensions on helping their homeowners as they stated in their website. The foreclosure prevention specialists that they have there are programmed, and they don't want to help homeowners that have legitimate financial problems and want to still keep their home. If they grant me a modification how are they losing?
