Lost or no connection

For the past two weeks I've lost or am unable to establish a internet connection. I can never contact anyone by phone, since their business is fire walled by an automated phone system. It's been very frustrating especially when they suggest I visit their web site for help. HELLO!!! That's the problem I'm having. They have however been very efficient in billing me for a service I don't receive.
