So as with the majority of reviews on here, i too have lost connection more times then i can count. I am so fed up with rebooting my router its not even funny. Then when you call AT&T they say they could check the outside but i would have to pay a ridiculous fee to have someone check the inside, which we did. Of course that didn't help, because i am still having issues. I have a friend who "borrows" internet from someone in the neighborhood and her service works way better than AT&T if that tell you anything. I am seriously considering switching to Insight, not only are they cheaper, they have people in the city you can go and talk to face to face if there is a problem, and they have faster internet speeds.
