I am an employee at the burger king store number 13916. And today at work the broiler wasn't working properly, we tried to fix it, once we realized there was nothing we could do about it we called the owner. Who came in and was screaming and yelling at the head manager about multiple things that he told her to do. For instance he told her to send someone home early so she did and then he yelled at her for not having that person in the kitchen, and he was also yelling because the broiler broke down, when it was the night shift manager ANNA who failed to put the broiler together correctly and broke a piece. But yet he harassed the head manager saying "this is all your fault!" he also was swearing while there were customers in the front. He said "You know this is bullshit!" out loud. I was up front and could hear it clear as day so i know the customers did also. This is not the first time he has harassed his employees. This stuff happens everyday, i find it ridiculous that i have to go into work to be called names like "rat" and "what are you dumb?" and being told constantly that i am not doing my job right when i am following all procedures. I remain anonymous in fear that the owner Nick will fire me. I work morning shift and have to come in everyday and clean up after the nightshift. This only happens when ANNA is working the night before, she will have thawed out meat in the freezer in front of the broiler, leave pickle buckets with the lid off and one pickle left in it, cinnibons that are past there times, floors not swept or mopped and the grease trap (black box) still filled with old disgusting fries and left over grease. The fryers are never cleaned and neither is the spot where the fries go. The lot is filled with trash when she has a night porter to do that work. I find it ridiculous that I as an employee know how to do my job better then a manager does, and that the morning shift is getting yelled at for night shifts mistakes by Nick
