Gilt Groupe - Mishandling Orders! Please stop! - Supra Henry Boots / Generic Man Leather Pebble Boots

I am just totally floored with how Gilt handled my orders. I travel often and therefore I don't have time to shop. That is why I come to Gilt - supposedly offering fast and easy shopping experience. I'd usually order my items online and then come back maybe a month or two to retrieve my orders. Unfortunately, the last 2 orders with Gilt has been a disaster. My order of a pair of Supra Henry boots turned out to be of a different color, and by the time I've arrived home to see it it's already past due its return date (no solution offered except - sorry sir it's too late). Then the last order I made - Generic Man Pebble Leather Boots (a $200 shoes) came to be Generic Man Pebble Leather Boat shoes!!?? At first I was unsure that I may have made a mistake, so I logged in to Gilt to see my order history. It showed on my order history that I ordered the Generic Man Pebble Boat shoes which I was shocked to see. To confirm my doubt, I went back to my email and checked my Gilt Order Confirmation Email when I first ordered these Generic Man "boat shoes". And indeed I was right in the first place, I saw that my email order was supposed to be the Pebble Leather Boots! NOT the boat shoes!!! The email even has a picture of the Generic Man Boots to go along with my email order confirmation!!! How the heck my order got changed and reflected on my order history is beyond me and I'd like Gilt to offer me an explanation. (I have picture proof - a print screen of the email order confirmation to prove it!). Gilt, please revise your quality control process because it's really messing things up and because of what happened I was not able to return these shoes. Traveling around and coming back in months to get it just to find out things are not right doesn't excuse Gilt's mishandling of my orders. Please do something about this!!!
