This has been going on since I bought the HTC HERO phone last April-after a week they exchanged it-and again another week (both at best buy) nothing was written down as it was brand new and they were busy. Then my mom's 90th birthday party I took pictures of people I'll never see again-the phone melted shut-could not get the card out or the phone to work-received another one but all was lost-All the phones I had you can't talk for more than 5 minutes as it gets very hot-it calls people when it feels like it -in emergency's you can't call who you want cause if you try to call fast it get jammed-after a whole year I just found out how to take a picture that wasn't yellow - I can go on and on.
I've beena customer since i'll have to pay $250 to break my contract but they can go on without living up to their part of the contract. Finally I gave up-i've been spending all my free time and I just lived with it-tonight after not being able to send a text message and being deleted from a job interview because I didn't respond I called again-I first got a man that said he would transfer me to multiple trouble and get me a phone that would work better-after holding another half hour I got this really snotty girl that said they were having system problems if I would like she would call me and let me know when it worked - no I couldn't have another phone-so why am I paying $83 a month - for what service? I can't get facebook always having system errors - I can't compete in contests cause the phone doesn't work fast-I can't exchange the phone that I pay an extra $7 a month for - but sometimes i do get my internet messages from my little ones school. I'm sick of them blowing me off. I want my mom's pictures back. I want a phone that works. And I'm tired of spending my nights at the store or on the phone with sprint. Obviously they don't need me-or my son-or daughter in law - I've already had six other kids change. Thanks, I hope other people are more successful.
