Billing errors, charges for services not used, customer service not helping Ripoff

I started new service with sprint last year. I got a phone for me and my husband (what a big mistake). Since then I have had nothing but problems.

First of all the day that I received the phones via ups, I called the number to activate the phones and I was told that I had an outstanding balance on those phone of over $600 I explained to them that I had never in my life had any service with sprint that I had just received the phones that day. Of course after being transferred from person to person I decided I would have better luck just going into a sprint store, which I did that same day.

I explained my situation and of course the person told me the same thing that the phones had a balance owing on them and once again I explained to them that I just got the phones that day and I have never used sprint before. They said I needed to call customer service again!

I was put into a room with a phone where I spent the next 3 hours talking to several different people after trying to explain to them I was finally frustrated that I just hung up and decided that I was not going to activate the phones. As I was leaving the clerk had asked did I get the problem resolved and I told him no he onced again checked his computer and told me that whatever I had said the balancing owing was no longer there they had given me a credit. I thought okay I was relived that someone finally listened.

I got 2 phones for my sons for christmas this past December and since than I have had problems with this. I accepted the free 2 months of pcs vision I tried and then cancelled. I didn't want my boys accessing the internet through their phones.

I got a bill with charges for pcs vision usage I called and complained because my boys were told not to use the internet which they said that they hadn't. I did pay that bill because I thought okay maybe they weren't being truthful and just maybe they had used it.

The next month again I called again and was told the same thing this time my boys assured me that was not true. The next month again same thing. I called once again and was told the same thing and I tried to explain to them that thier has to be a problem somewhere because they are not using the pcs vision on thier phone.

Well they turned around and told me oh, it is not internet usage its because of text messaging. I was paying the extra 10 dollars a month for unlimited messaging I told him and he said that some phones access the internet to text message. Well after the run around I went into the sprint store told them what was going on and they checked my boys phone and told me that the types of phones they had didn't need to access the internet for messaging. So that leaves stuck right where I am at now.

I received a bill for 182 dollars and they shut their phones off for going over their limit which I checked and it does not show them over their limit. They have had their phones shut off in the last 6 months (what a Christmas gift).

I am contemplating on paying this bill until I get some resolution I am tired of going through the same thing every single month. Not only is it happening on my boys phone but its happening an the account of mine and my husbands phone and neither of for a fact use the pcs vision nor do we text message anyone so I know thats a complete fraudulant billing. I want out of sprint but how can I get out of this contract without paying the fee.
