I have been a sprint customer for many years. I left Verizon to try out sprint because they offered a better plan to meet my needs. I have been a loyal customer. I pay my bill on time and even convinced my whole family to eventually switch over to sprint. However, I have never been more disappointed in a company. I was ready to upgrade the first of year so I decided to buy a brand new IPhone and renew my contract. I ended up spending about $150.00 after the upgrade. About a couple weeks after buying my brand new IPhone I started having problems with the service. I was unable to call out on my phone sometimes. My text messages would delay a whole day. I would wake up in the middle of the night from a text message that was originally sent the day before. I graduated in December and applied for multiple nursing jobs. Needless to say I missed out on a few of those due to the lack of service sprint was providing. I called customer service and had a horrible experience. Not only was I treated very rudely I found it disturbing that they told me they wre updating the towers in my area so I would have problems with service for awhile but it would benefit me in the long run. They said it would be back up In March. After being transferred to countless people and three twenty minute phone calls later they finally gave me a same credit to my bill since I lost job oppurtunites and couldn't even use my phone most of the time. About mid March I called again because my phone was not doing any better! So I called again so see what was going on and they said it will April 1st. I took their word for it and waited it out. I called again today because my service is still not fixed! I am beyond fursterated with this company. They had horrible customer service skills, they didn't even care that I am paying them for service I am not getting. It's unfair for me to buy a brand new Iphone and ay them $140 a month for NO service. When I called today they were extremely rude to me and told me there was nothing they could do. They said it would be up May 1st. So how many times are they going to tell me its going to be fixed a certain day and then be lied to? They refused to credit my bill and told me they would after the service is fixed. That makes no sense to me, they should fix my bill considering I can't use my phone. It's sad when I have to walk all the way out to my driveway to even be able to make a call at my house. I am calling Verizon today to see what they can offer me and I think I will be taking my buisness elsewhere. So for everyone out there considering sprint service... Think twice. They are incrediably rude and will not make anything right even when it's on their end.
