My name is Jeff F. And I purchased the Total Transformation kit last December.
I asked for a refund in late January and returned the completed survey, only to have Legacy say it was incomplete. Legacy has not refunded my money and its become an real issue!
I talked with one of their Customer Service Rep's and they didn't like the way I completed their Survey form. It was simply advertised on AM Radio - you don't like it - just send it back for a full refund.
That's total BS.
This is set-up so customers will never get their money back since its up to Legacy's discretion. 4 Months have gone by and I still have NOT received a refund. I bought the product in good faith, got an RA number, send the competed survey back, and all I want is my money back.
This experience has really given me a bad taste about buying products over the radio and especially from legacy Publishing.
