Total Transformation Deception at it's best! False advertising & Misrepresentation!

I heard their "Transformation" spiel on AM radio this morning and how they were "doing a limited offer for a free package as a group study to receive feedback". After hearing the effective marketing ad, I called in desperation since my child is more than a handful with defiance disorder. I asked the "counselor/operator/script reader/telemarketer" right when he picked up the phone "... If this was truly a genuine free offer in exchange for participation/feedback/survey in the study?" His reply was "Yes it is". Being the skeptic I am, I asked further if "at any time during this conversation will you be asking me to give you money or a credit card or anything in exchange for the package" His reply was "No". After hearing his response, I felt good about beginning the conversation. He asked me very personal and detailed information about my son. Asking me about "his temper, behavior, how does that make my family feel, oh my gosh, it must be difficult, wow". After about 10 minutes, I was becoming leery because he sounded like he was reading from a script searching for the correct answers to my responses. Then he went on to say how the founder was an abandoned baby and then got his master degree then went on to create this "new innovative product" used by the military, schools etc. I was getting a bit agitated because I didn't really care and just wanted to receive the information as advertised on the radio. After asking him point blank what's next to get the product, he told me, "Well, for $119 we will send you the package and you have "X" amount of days to return the enclosed survey and we will refund your expenses". My jaw dropped! I immediately said "You told me when I called at the beginning of our conversation that you would not be asking me for money? After a long pause he said, "Well you can use a check"!!!??? I flipped out!!! This company employs a real bad marketing team doing more harm than good and is using these gorilla tactics by playing with your emotions to draw in the consumer! I have no idea about their product and whether it's good or not. I felt used and played to say the least after divulging my families information to him! Legacy publishing needs to take lessons on a better delivery method than what they are currently deploying. This advertising is certainly false and deceitful! BEWARE folks! If it sounds to good to be true... It probably is!
