Who do they think they are? Making Inmates sleep "naked" on cold cement floors, taking there beds away and thinking they are God, Judge, and Jury! We need to all get together and put a stop to this.
This Jail is out of control! The Gaurds should be charged with crimes as well, they are doing worse than the inmates did or are accused of doing.
Someone is not doing a good job of looking into this. Wow there will be alot of law suits over this and i know of at least Four people Who have saw it and will take a truth detector Test to prove it along with other proof. Not only people on the out side but also on the inside. Marion county jail may be in more trouble than most inmates they now have housed in Salem, Oregon.
