Superior Benefits stated I would recieve a Mastercard with a limit of 2000.00 once I gave them a deposit of 299.00. This was, I thought, a great opportunity because I filed Bankruptcy several years ago and wanted to jumpstart my credit. I postdated a check for January 16 and a card was to be issued several weeks later. According to Bob Taylor the representative I spoke to, this would open other opportunities for me in the future, BOY was I Fooled. On January 16th they had not deposited the check.

Again, when I checked my account on Feb. 1st the check was still not deposited. I put a stop payment and called Superior Benefits several times to see what had happened. The first several times I called I was on hold for 30 minutes so I hung up. When I checked my account on Feb. 4th Superior Benefits had CALLED and withdrew the funds from my account.

I called them again. This time I was on hold for 20 minutes and spoke with a representative. I asked why they did not deposit the check on Jan 16th, she stated that her records indicated that I called and requested a change, which I had not. She put me on hold for another 10 minutes, came back and apoligized but she could not say exactly why the money did not get taken out on the 16th of January. She did say I will recieve a packet in 2 weeks and a card in 5 days.

I didn't belive the representative because of the way the monies were taken from the account. I found their web site and found a story that was common to mine another Ripp-off Report. If my monies are not returned soon I have spoken to a lawyer who is willing to take my case!
