consumer complaints has been contacted by the owners of the company, they said those who have asked for refunds should see them no later than Monday morning or sooner. Credit to your account can takes 4 to 5 days to actually hit your account,
They again apologized for the delay. We'll see. Consumer complaints is hoping they will live up to what they have promised, we think they will. SO you know, consumer complaints has confirmed 73 refunds so far, and we know there should be many more. Consumer complaints is investigating more on this situation, and we will be posting an UPDATE to the main Report at this web address https://usacomplaints.com/view.Asp? Id=76605

I recieved a called from superior benefits concerning a credit card to help me get my credit right. They said that I was to pay 299 and they took it out of my account. When I recieved this I called them and told them that I didn't recieved a credit card that I was sending this booklet back for my money.

When I called again about this they put me on hold for about 1 hour and then came on the phone and told me that the card was comming with-in a week. I then called back but they refuse to answer the phone. They is a rip-off and must be stop.
