The Monroe Muffler in Meadville, PA has been reliable and helpful in the past. However, the week before Christmas, I took my car in for an oil change and to check on a possible coolant leak. I dropped off my car at 9:30 AM and heard nothing from them until 3:30 PM when they told me that my car needed a part that would not arrive until the next day. The next day, I received another phone call stating that my car still would not be complete. THREE days and $400 later I finally received my car only to discover within the week that they had not fixed the issue at all!
The franchise is under new leadership/ownership and the service is NO LONGER reliable! I suggest Jeff Hunter's repair in Blooming Valley or Howick's in downtown Meadville instead.
