I went online and bought a product out of this organization plus they delivered me the incorrect item. It got some time to obtain it also it wasn't the merchandise I requested. I named them-and ultimately got your hands on somebody because they do not prefer to reply the telephones or return calls. I had been informed that I'd get a contact by having an RMA and that I never did and so I named over and over and lastly got somebody who stated that they'd mail-me out the best product ASAP and obtain me the RMA later and so I might atleast possess the correct item. I've not received something and contains been per month. I ahve sent mail after e-mail and phone after-call with no one reacts. This really is therefore unjust and rediculous!!! All I'd like may be the correct item as our building requires these fobs.
