Never received product, charged me twice

I created an internet buy from e-meals depot.com for $32.43 on April 26,3010. Our bank acct. Was debited. I never received mail, following etc., or the item I requested. The telephone number shown online isn't genuine and also the new quantity provided after I named - moves straight to an answering device everytime I call. I quit many communications. They never replied. Lastly I had been ready to monitor my purchase at their website. The item had damaged enroute therefore was delivered back to e-food.com - per monitoring they obtained on May 6. They ultimately replied to my mail and offered me the following quantity of the broken product. I again mailed plus they mentioned they'd substitute the broken products and deliver 24 hours later and might deliver me a following range when product was delivered. I happened to check out my bank record and noticed they'd debited my acct. AGAIN for $ 32.43. I've sent they don't react. I've named as well as their mail is complete. THEREFORE can't contact them. WHAT DO I ACTUALLY DO??? I'm so discouraged!
