I bought a Portal notebook like a present in May. It had been designed to include over $700 of application. I obtained the computer and offered it like a present however the application wasn't withit. After I named HSN I had been informed it had been being delivered individually straight from Entrance. I informed te reward receiver that application was forthcoming however it never came. I conteacted HSN again and again by telephone and by mail for weeks. They kept showing me they'd contact Entrance and obtain back again to me but never did and that I never received the program. I eventually received an automatic telephone call tellign me to contact Entrance straight. After obtaining the runaround from their store I had been informed that I'd 3 months to statement that my purchase wasn't total and because it was today within the 90-day restriction I really could not have it and would need to contact HSN. And so I named HSN again and was again informed they'd study it and obtain back again to me. I obtained a notice informing me the item was unavailable which I really could return it to get a reimbursement - NEVERTHELESS I had been within the one month return interval!!! AND SO I called over and over talked having a boss who explained sadly I had been never likely to obtain the application but I really could possess a partial reimbursement that was insufficient to protect the lost products. She stated she'd try again to get hold of Entrance and contact me back. Our phone was never delivered so when I named again tehy had no report of my calls and also the really rude boss questioned me why I waited until December to protest!!! I exoplained to her again that I'd named and sent again and again and he or she ultimately discovered some kind of notation onto it. After I requested for th eprevious boss I'd voiced with I had been informed there have been two by that title and neither was in and he or she might e-mail them-and return to me. Iam sure I'll never receive that phone...
