I had been attempting to transfer my support to some new address however the customer support man claimed he couldn't find my handle. Have no idea why the home continues to be there for two decades. Our agreement is up in Nov. 2011 and he explained I'd need to spend a $250 early termination charge. I stated why I've no control around when my home offers and that I hardly understand why my new home isn't shown. I've completed business with Flow for more than 5 years never overdue and not any issues on my component. I stated this is the way you handle a normal customer. Additionally, informed him my friend outside has flow of course if it's open to her why don't you me. Stated again he couldn't discover my handle (new).informed him good then but I'd never employ "flow" again and might decrease others from doing this aswell. When they cannot use lifes circumstances beyond our control they are able to contain it!!! Exactly what a fraud these folks operate whenever you cannot actually move the additional distance to assist our a customer. Beware!!!
