Crescent Processing currently has a C rating with the BBB in their home town of Dallas, TX.in 2010 they started Park Central Company and boast on their website at: http://www.parkcentralcompany.com / that they are 100% in good standing with the BBB in the state of their corporate headquarters. Trouble is that they don't tell you where they are based so that you can research it on your own. Thankfully my friends at www.trademarkia.com came through for us and you can view the details outlining Crescent Processings ownership here: http://www.trademarkia.com/park-central-76704614.html — The first thought that entered my mind was "WHERE DID THEY COME UP WITH THAT NAME?" — but then it dawned on me; Crescent's corporate headquarters is located on Park Central Drive in Dallas, TX — real creative on their part; but either way, be cautious. The only major variation between Crescent and Central Park Company is that Crescent uses Terry Bradshaw to promote their business and Park Central Company uses Pat Summerall; don't fret though, these celebrities don't know who their "sponsoring" just that their checks cleared when it came time to film the videos.
Anyway, Crescent is no stranger to the game; since they started business in 2006 they have developed a reputation like Plano based Certified Merchant Services did back in the day when the FTC filed the first of it's kind suit against the company and settled for $23.5 million dollars in 2004.in fact, Crescent's VP of sales from their management team listed here: http://www.crescentprocessing.com/about-us/executive-team / was a player at Certified Merchant Services; makes you wonder how they developed the business model they seem to use based on complaints across multiple boards online.
