Terrible customer service complaint review

I recently visited a metro pcs corporate store in arlington texas. Upon entering the store the security guard is the one to greet me and ask me what can we help you with. My reaction your the security guard probably nothing but what im here for is to upgrade two phones. I waited in line for my name to be called. Which through me off because you miss your name is mispronounced, which mine was. While waiting i ask a gentelman if the corporate store has the same policy as the authorized dealers have, meaning do the phone have to be activated in order to leave the store (these were xmas presents) he tells me what they have been doing is activating them and then switching the number back to old phone. Well my name is called and explained to the lady what the man had told me previously and she had no idea what i was talking and proceeded to tell me your policy. I said that i already knew about the crappy policy and she went off about not taking abuse from a customer and i needed to leave called security and the manager. When i tried to explain myself to the manager she started talking over me and got upset about my disdain for the policy and i was escorted out the store with a securtiy guard screaming in my face.
