I purchased (ordered online) a handbag for my daughter the last of December for her January birthday. She returned it. I cannot get a refund. I have called their customer service 5 times and was even contacted by a representative of a "vice-president" that assured me this was being taken care of but still no refund. I have called every month since - Feb, Mar, April (2) and still cannot get my money. This is way too long. Every customer service rep I talk to tells me something different and assures me it will be taken care of right away but it still isn't. I am sick over this.
