I was turned over to Elan for collections on an account that was paid off! I thought i had closed and cancelled because this not the first time this credit card failed to send a statement and turned it over to Elan Collections. After the second time, i thought i had closed this account and long destroyed the credit card from Visa or MC. I have no debt and have never paid any credit card interest in my life until a second credit card did the same thing this month. Both have been destroyed so i hopefully won't have to deal with either bank again.
